摘　　要：护理人员应当对血液透析患者提供包括生理、心理、社会等全方位的护理,体现整体优质化护理的道德理念。在生理护理方面,护理人员要热爱专业,乐于奉献;团结协作,互相尊重;遵守纪律,坚守岗位;工作严谨,杜绝事故。在心理护理与社会支持方面,护理人员要以患者为中心,医护人员应热爱本职工作、态度和蔼、尊重患者、一视同仁、任劳任怨、认真负责、尊重患者,平等待患;要加强医患沟通,高度诚信,保护患者隐私;要具备深切的同情心,进行有效的健康教育。Nursing staff should provide hemodialysis patients with physiological, psychological, social, and other comprehensive care, embodying the idea of overall nursing the varieties. In the aspect of physiological nurs- ing, nursing staff should love the professional, dedicated ; unity cooperation, respect each other; observe discipline and stick to positions ; work rigorously, put an end to accidents. In terms of psychological care and social support, nursing staff should take patients as the center, health care workers should love his job, kind, respect patients, treated, work hard, serious and responsible, respect patients, equal treatment to patients, and should strengthen the doctor- patient communication, high integrity, protect the patient＇s privacy as well as have deep compassion, carries on the effective health education.
