摘　　要：从目前的监管政策、技术层面以及运营模式等方面入手,剖析了我国IPTV与OTT TV的产业现状,并从承载的内容、受众类型和承载的网络3方面对IPTV与OTT TV作了比较。通过各方面的分析,试图进一步明确IPTV与OTT TV在三网融合背景下的发展趋势,探究未来电视产业的发展方向。This paper analyses Chinese IPTV and OTT TV industry status quo in the aspects of current regula -tory policy , technical , business model and so on .In addition , IPTV and OTT TV were compared in the as-pects of load content , audience type , and load network .This paper , through the analysis of various aspects , tries to figure out the development tendency of IPTV and OTT TV in the context of tri-networks integration , and explores the future development direction of the television industry .
