摘  要:通过多相流模拟井实验,标定了差压传感器在油/水两相流中的响应图版,采集了差压时域波动信号。油/水两相流流体差压在低流量和高流量下有不同的响应规律。在高流量下,流体差压在流型转换点达到最高值。最高点的位置决定于混合流体的流速,流速越高,差压峰值越向高含水方向移动。通过差压传感器与电导传感器相结合,对油/水两相流流动特性进行综合分析,差压信号出现波峰时的含水率范围与电导传感器含水率测量下限对应较好。The experiments of differential pressure sensor response in oil-water two phase flow are carried out on the simulation muhi-phase flow experiment facility. The real-time differential pressure data are collected. The experiment results show that the differential pressure in oil- water two-phase flow has different responses at low flowrate and high flowrate. At high flowrate, the differential pressure is the highest value when the flow pattern transition occurs. The position of the highest value is related to the velocity of fluid mixture. The highest value of differential pressure will move to high water cut when the fluid velocity increases. Combined with signals of conductance sensor, the flow characteristics of oil-water two-phase flow are analyzed comprehensively. When differential pressure signal reaches maximum value the watercut range corresponds well with watercut low limit of conductance sensor.
