摘  要:为深入研究井下射孔/压裂工作机理,结合施工工艺参数,对获取的外套式复合射孔和爆燃压裂2种完井工艺的井下动态压力数据进行了分析。压力脉冲持续时间因工作机理不同相差很大,据测试外套式复合射孔的峰值压力为71 MPa,上升时间约为80μs,脉冲持续时间可以达到113 ms或者更长;爆燃压裂工具中设计了多种燃速的火药,因此井下动态曲线可以分成多个对应的阶段,动态压力持续时间最长为305 ns,压裂过程峰值压力达到46.3 MPa。大量测试数据显示,井下动压作用特性与含能工具的起爆方式、火药特性、装药量等参数有重要作用。井下实测数据对于准确认识和定量分析复合射孔井下动态过程,研究和建立井下复合射孔数值模型,提高复合射孔器设计水平具有重要意义。To thoroughly study the working mechanism of composite perforator, this paper analyzes the downhole dynamic pressure data fracturing completion techniques combining with of coat composite perforation and deflagration construction process parameters. Pressure pulse duration for different mechanisms varies greatly. According the test, jacket composite perforation peak pressure is 71 MPa, the rising time is about 80μs, pulse duration may be up to 113 ms or longer. The gun powder with multiple burning rates is designed for deflagration fracturing tool, therefore, the downhole dynamic curve is divided into a plurality of corresponding stages, and the longest duration of dynamic pressure is up to 305 ms, the peak pressure of fracturing process reaches 46.3 MPa. A large number of test data show the interaction characteristics of downhole dynamic pressure and initiation way of containing energy tools, gunpowder characteristics and the amount of gun powder, etc. have an important role. The downhole actual measured data plays a crucial role in accurately understanding and quantitative analysis of the downhole complex perforation dynamic process, in researching and establishing the downhole composite perforating numerical model and in improving the design level of the composite perforator.
