摘  要:提高煤层气多分支水平井口井产气能力的关键是合理设计与控制主、分支井眼的空间展布,从而实现煤层进尺与控制面积的最优化组合。为满足这一要求,通过分析多分支井工艺特点、总结实钻过程中影响井眼空间展布的主要因素、探索井眼轨迹设计与控制的方法,初步建立起了煤层气多分支水平井空间展布与轨迹控制技术。2012年度应用该技术在沁水盆地现场实践5个井组,取得了平均单井组控制面积0.476km2、钻探分支数量减少和钻井周期缩短的良好效果。The key to improve the gas production capacity of single CBM multi - lateral horizontal well is to reasonably design and control the spatial distribution of boreholes of the main wells and branches, so as to realize the optimal combination of coal seam footage and control space. Through the analysis of the technical characteristics of multi - lateral well, the summary of main factors influencing the spatial distribution of boreholes during the drilling process, and the research on the trajectory design and control of boreholes, the technology of the spatial distribution and trajectory control of CBM multi-lateral horizontal well is preliminarily established. In 2012, the technology was applied in 5 well groups in Qinshui Basin, and achieved good effect which included the average control space of 0. 476km2 for single well, decrease of drilling branches, and shortening drilling period
