摘　　要：《禅与物》是赵丰先生新作的散文集，该书体例独特，逻辑清晰；内容充满禅意，以禅宗哲学与美学来观照自然与人；书稿艺术特点鲜明，意境淡远幽深、画面真实传神、善用白描手法刻画人物。Zen and Things is a book that collects the essays written by ZHAO Feng in recent year. With a unique style and clear logic, the book is full of Zen sense, which observes nature and people from the philosophy of Zen. All the essays in the book have artistic features, far-reaching and profound conceptions, and vivid descriptions in a simple style.
