摘　　要：长期以来，民办高校的资金来源相对单一，缺乏后劲。通过对民办高校经费结构和经费短缺的原因分析，提出国家公共财政扶持民办高校的可行性与必要性，并就国家公共财政扶持民办高校的现实意义、政策拟定、资助途径、资助原则等进行了研究。For a long time, non-governmental universities have very limited sources of funds, which terribly affect their development. Through an analysis of the structures and the causes for the shortage of the funds, this paper studies the feasibility and necessity of employing state finance to assist the non - governmental universities. Besides, the paper makes an investigation into the significance, policy making, assistance channels, and assistance rules of the state financial support to the universities.
