摘　　要：在对泰安市农村文化队伍建设现状及其存在问题的原因进行深入调查与分析的基础上,提出了加强农村文化队伍建设的对策性建议。This paper puts forward the countermeasures of strengthening rural cultural construction on the basis of in - depth investigation and analysis of Tai＇an rural culture construction present situation and the cau-ses.
