摘 要:上世纪90年代初始,学术界、教育界众多专家、学者相继探讨了人才培养模式的内涵、要素、本质、特征及其困惑、改革必要性等诸多问题,但关注的主要是重点大学和办学历史较长的地方大学,很少关注新建地方本科学院。而现有的关于新建地方本科学院高素质应用型人才培养模式的理论探索,缺乏对地方本科学院高素质应用型人才培养模式的整体性、系统性研究。为此,我们遵循OSSOP人才培养系统的要求,提出一种新的"13621"应用型人才培养模式,并运用于泰山学院的教学实践,效果比较显著。In the 1990s, with the development of higher education in China, many experts and scholars from academic circles and educational fields studied talent nurturing mode in terms of such aspects as the con- notation, essential factors, nature, characteristics, puzzles and the necessity of reform, however, the study mainly focused on key universities and the local universities with a long history, paying little attention to the newly- built local undergraduate colleges. Besides, the current theoretical research on the talent nurturing mode of applied talents with high quality in newly - built local undergraduate colleges is not performed entirely and systematically. In the light of the original teaching achievements as well as the practical teaching manage- ment and complying with the requirements of OSSOP talent nurturing system, this article puts forward a new "13621" applied talent nurturing mode, which has been applied in the teaching practice in Taishan University and obtained some achievements.
