菏泽市犬瘟热病毒的分离与鉴定

摘　　要：通过采集本市3家宠物医院20只死亡犬的肝脏、脾脏、淋巴结及脑组织,进行病毒的分离培养、理化性质的测定、病毒毒力测定、及动物回归试验,确定了该病毒可以通过vero细胞进行培养增殖,有囊膜,耐酸碱,对温度敏感,TCID50为105.832,最后通过动物实验确定了该病毒为犬瘟热病毒,对犬类具有高度致病性。Livers, spleens, lymph nodes and brain tissues were taken from 20 dead dogs at three pet hospitals in Heze for pathogen isolation and cultivation. The culture was subjected to physic-chemical test, virus titration and animal regression test. It was shown that the isolate could grow and replicate in vero cells, had envelope and was resistant to acid and alkali and was sensitive to temperature.The TCID50 was 105.832. The animal experiments confirmed the virus was highly pathogenic and identified as canine distemper virus.
