摘  要:醋酸洗必泰是一种有效的消毒剂与防腐剂,多年来,国内外虽研制出诸种药物电极,但有关醋酸洗必泰(chlochexidini acetas,简写CHA)的药物电极却未见报道.本文以四苯硼洗必泰为电活性物质,PVC为基体,磷酸三甲苯酯为增塑剂,首次研制成PVC膜洗必泰电极,测试了各项性能参数,表明所研制电极性能较优异。A Chlorhexidine acetas pharmaceutical electrode based on PVC membrance has been developed. The main performances of the electrode are as follows: range of linearity 8.0×10^(-7)-1.0×10^(-2) mol/L, detection limit 2.3×10^(-7)mol/L, slope 26 mV/decade. The electrode is suitable for samples with pH values in the range of 4.5-7.5. Experimental results show that it has good selectivity and high sensitivity. The reproducibility, response and washing characteristic have been tested also. Preliminary potential titration analyses of pharmaceutical samples with the electrode indicate that the results are in good agreement with the values marked on the products.
