武汉市民之家——一座绿色标志性建筑的诞生

摘　　要：武汉市民之家位于武汉金桥大道和三环线交汇处,通过塑造一个盘旋上升造型的动感建筑,使其成为武汉新地标。建筑围合出的中庭空间神似于合院,是市民共享的大客厅,成为风雨无阻的城市公共空间。建筑的设计以可持续性发展的理论和实践经验为指导,因地制宜地结合当地综合因素,在设计构思中创造出一个合理的生态建筑,达到绿色三星标准。Wuhan Citizens Home is located at the conjunction of Jinqiao Road and the Third Ring Road. Mounting in a dynamic spiral form, the dynamic architecture had become a new landmark in Wuhan. The building＇s plan, based on a square with a large interior courtyard lit from above, is an interpretation of the traditional home, serving as a ＂living room＂ for residents. Guided by sustainable development theories and practical experiences, and combined with local conditions, the building was conceived in an ecological fashion with the aim of obtaining a three star certificate, a Chinese environmental award.
