摘  要:介绍了水煤气无变换有机硫低温加氢转化与活性炭脱除工艺,讨论了有机硫转化工艺条件的确定和加氢催化剂的选择,分析了活性炭脱硫剂的工艺要求和湿法脱硫的工艺条件,工艺运行表明,及时掌握工艺指标及控制情况,研究噻吩产生机理和脱除技术,可保障系统长周期运行。The process of low temperature hydro conversion of organic sulfur through shift-free water-gas desulfur- ization were introduced. The determination of the process conditions of shift conversion of the organic sulfur and the selec- tion of hydrogenation catalyst were discussed. The process requirement of the desulfurizer of the activated carbon and the conditions of the wet desulfurization process were analyzed. The process operation indicated that the timely mastery of the process data and the control status, the study of the generation mechanism of thiophene and its removal technology can en- sure long-term operation of the process.
