摘　　要：介绍了孝义市鹏飞集团6.25 m捣固焦炉的烘炉温度管理经验,并对升温过程中出现的个别立火道温度偏差大、直行温度均性差、蓄热室机侧温度高于焦侧温度等问题进行了分析,通过加强设备维护力度、加强炉体严密性检查、调节炉门边等措施,确保了焦炉顺利由冷态过渡到生产状态。The manage experience of the temperature control of the heating-up of the 6.25 m stamp-charged coke oven of the Shanxi Pengfei Group was introduced. Problems like the temperature deviation between individual vertical heating flues, the nonuniformity of the vertical operation temperature, the temperature of the pusher side of the heat accumulation chamber is higher than that of the coke side, etc. that happen during the heating-up period were analyzed. Smooth transition from the cold state of the coke oven to the state of the operation was ensured through strengthening equipment maintenance, intensifying tightness inspection of the coke batteries, adjusting the knife edge of the oven doors, etc
