摘　　要：由于双层幕墙在建筑节能及人体舒适度方面的优势,其在国内的应用越来越广泛。性能检测作为设计的一种验证手段在幕墙质量控制方面具有重要作用,但在我国现行的国家标准或行业标准中未对双层幕墙的三性检测方法做出明确规定。本文首次明确阐述了内通风、外通风及混合通风双层幕墙的气密性能、水密性能、抗风压性能的检测方法,并通过一个工程检测实例加以详细介绍。As double skin facade （DSF） has advantages on energy conservation and comfort, it has been more and more widely used in China. Performance inspection has very important effect on the quality control of building curtain wall, because through the inspection, the design can be confirmed. However, up till now, there are no related rules and regulations about DSF inspection methods in GB and industrial standards. In this article, air permeability, water tightness and wind resistance performance inspection methods of DSF with inner skin ventilation, outer skin ventilation or both inner and outer skin ventilation have been clearly explained for the first time. A mock-up inspection example is introduced in this article.
