摘  要:采用变温冲击贯入试验,基于类比热态沥青混合料当量抗剪强度原理,通过贯入指标由已知混合料压实温度推及到温拌混合料的压实温度。研究了变温度冲击贯入试验的方法和过程,推导出了4种不同温拌混合料的合理压实温度范围。相对变温度成型,该方法能够充分反映沥青粘度变化对混合料工作性质的影响,在整个工作温度段内对温度敏感,并且操作简单、过程迅速。The variable temperature penetration tests were conducted to derive the compaction temperature from hot-mix asphalt to war-mix asphalt using penetration index. It is based on the principle of analog of hot mixture equivalent shear strength. The variable temperature penetration testing method and process were investigated, and the reasonable compaction temperature ranges of four types of warm-mix asphalt were derived. Compared with variable-temperature control compaction test, the penetration test can fully reflect the impact of the change of asphalt viscosity on the workability of the mixture. The penetration test is also sensitive to temperature with the entire operating temperature range. The operation of the penetration test is easy and it takes shorter time.
