摘  要:对某型地铁车辆用不锈钢车顶弯梁的拉弯成形工艺进行了模拟研究,研究了此类构件起皱、截面畸变及轮廓精度差等成形缺陷的成因及控制方法。结果表明:预拉量、补拉量等工艺参数对起皱缺陷影响较小,增加弯曲拉量能够有效控制构件起皱;对拉弯件的截面收缩量补偿后,可以消除截面小边外翻的畸变缺陷;采用合理的拉弯工艺参数及精确补偿的拉弯胎具,可以显著减小弯曲回弹,提高轮廓精度,获得高质量的拉弯件。The stretch bend forming process of stainless steel roof beam of metro vehicle is studied by simulation. The causes and controlling methods of the forming defects such as wrinkles, cross-section distortions and low precision of profile are investigated. Results show that the effects of pre- and post stretching elongation on wrinkling defect are not evident, while, increasing the wrap stretching elongation can reduce wrinkling defects effectively. Compensation to the cross section shrinkage of the profile can eliminate the cross-section distortion of the eversion of small edge. Adopting reasonable process parameters of stretch bending and precisely compensated bending mold can reduce springback obviously; therefore, the profile precision is improved and the stretch bending parts with high quality are obtained.
