摘　　要：贵州泥堡金矿位于滇黔桂"金三角"的北西顶部。文章通过对矿区地层、岩性、构造等地质特征分析,总结该矿区成矿地质特征及找矿远景。Nibao Gold Mine is located in the top of northwest of Yunnan-Guizhou-Guangxi.By analyzing the geological characteristics of stratum, lithology and structure of mining area, metallogenie geological characteristics and prospecting potential of the mining area are concluded in this paper.
