摘 要:为了给小麦抗条锈病育种提供参考,对源自普通小麦杂交组合(西农1376×WT212)×花育888的DH群体进行了条锈病抗性鉴定及抗病基因的分子检测。结果表明,DH群体中对当前小麦条锈菌流行小种条中32(CYR32)具有苗期抗性的株系占50.7%,具有成株期抗病性的株系占51.8%。此外,利用对Yr10、Yr15和Yr26基因有效的分子标记在群体中的检测结果表明,该DH群体中有141个株系(51.5%)含有Yr10基因,但没有检测到Yr26和Yr15基因的存在;含有Yr10基因的株系均为DH群体中对CYR32具有抗病性的株系。反应型为免疫~中抗(IT:O~2),表明Yr10基因对我国当前条锈病流行小种具有良好的抗性。This study was to evaluate the stipe rust resistance of 274 DH wheat (Triticum aestivum L. ) lines derived from the cross of (Xinong1376 X WT212) × Huayu888, and to detect the stripe rust resistant genes in the population by molecular markers. Currently epidemic race CYR32 of Puc- cinia striiformis f. sp. tritici was used to identify the seedling and adult-plant stripe rust resistance, and three stripe rust resistant genes, Yr10 , Yr15 , and Yr26 were detected by molecular markers, re- spectively. There were 50.7% of DH lines against CYR32 at seedling stage, and 51.8% at adult-plant stage. Yr10 gene was detected in 51.5% of DH lines, but Yr26 and Yr15 were not detected in the population. The infection type of the lines that harboring YrlO were from immune to medium resist- ance (IT:0-2).
