摘  要:目的:研究大鼠内侧内嗅皮层浅层主要神经元的形态学和电生理特性。方法:选用出生后14~21d的SD乳鼠,麻醉后迅速断头取脑,切取脑片,用全细胞膜片钳技术记录大鼠内侧内嗅皮层内浅层两类主要投射神经元的电生理特性。结果:内嗅皮层浅层星型神经元呈星状或方枕型,其超极化激活的HCN通道所产生的电位“Sag”和“Ih”电流显著大于三角形的锥体神经元。结论:在膜片钳实验中可以从形态学和电生理特性上区分内嗅皮层浅层两类主要神经元,为两类细胞在海马依赖性学习和记忆的研究提供前期实验基础。Objective: To investigate the electrophysiological and morphological properties of the two type neurons in the superficial layers of the rat medial entorhinal cortex. Methods: SD rats within 14-21 days after birth were included in this study. After anesthesia the rat was quickly decapitated and the brain was quickly removed. Horizontal slices were prepared by oscillating tissue slicer at 400μm. We investigated the electrophysiological properties of two main types of projection neurons in the superficial layers of the rat medial entorhinal cortex using the whole-cell patch clamp recording. Results: The stellate neurons of the entorhinal cortex appear star-shaped or square-pillow type, the hyperpolarization-activated "Sag" and "Ih" were bigger than triangle-shaped pyramidal neurons. Conclusion: In the patch clamp experiments, we can distinguish the two main types of projection neurons in the entorhinal cortex by their electrophysiologieal and morphological characteristics, which may contribute to reveal the function and significance of these two types of cells in the hippocampus-dependent learning and memory.
