摘　　要：大型圆饼类锻件的产品合格率。曾经是该领域的世界难题。自1988年RST效应被发现以来,通过改进工艺,先后在国内外生产了数以万计的优质大型圆饼类锻件产品,取得了巨大的经济效益。本文介绍其锻造新工艺及应用实例。The product qualified rate of heavy disk forgings had been a big problem in forging industry. Since the discovery of the RST effect in 1988, a great amount of qualified heavy disk forgings has been manufactured by improving technique, which brings great economic benefits. In this paper, the new technique and the application of it are described.
