摘　　要：采用Cr5锻钢工作辊材质,通过调整调质方式以及设计安装辅具,采用差温喷雾的方式成功制造出3 950 mm宽厚板铝板轧机工作辊,较好地保证了工作辊的各项技术要求,为工作辊的制造提供了新思路。The forged steel Cr5 is used as the material of work rolls. 3 950 mm aluminum heavy plate mills have been researched and developed successfully by adjusting quenching and tempering processes and designing installation auxiliary tools and applying differential temperature spray way, which is ensured to meet various technical requirements of work roll and provides new idea for manufacturing work roll.
