摘　　要：目的探讨三叉神经痛的临床疗效。方法回顾分析应用微血管减压术治疗三叉神经痛32例临床资料。结果术后28例疼痛完全缓解,4例疼痛减轻,服药后能控制症状。结论微血管减压术是安全、有效的,能保留血管、神经功能,是目前治疗原发性三叉神经痛最有效的治疗方法。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of microvaseular decompression for trigeminal neuralgia. Methods A retrospective analysis was made on the clinical data of 32 patients with microvascular decompression. Results The pains completely alleviated upon awaking post-anesthesia in 28 patients. In 4 patients, pains became less and disappeared after taking drugs. Conclusion Microvascular decompression would be a safe and effective method for treatment of trigeminal neuralgia in that it could restore the function of the damaged vascular and nerves.
