摘　　要：结合工程加固的成功经验,对基底压桩托换解决基础下沉的问题进行了探讨,详细分析和阐述了这种方法的优点,并介绍了桩基的施工,可为加固设计和施工提供参考。The paper explores the solution to the foundation settlement by adopting the underpinned pile under foundation by combining with the successful experience for the engineering consolidation, analyzes and illustrates the advantages of the method, and introduces the construction technique of the pile foundation, so as to provide some reference for the consolidation design and construction.
