摘　　要：为了将客专12号道岔打造为精品工程,满足其高平顺、高舒适度、高可靠性的要求,对该道岔制造过程中部分零件的优化设计、检测量具的改善、铺设质量的控制等策略进行了深入分析,为该道岔的高质量制造提供了保障。In order to construct the excellent projects of the No. 12 turnout along passenger special lines and meet its demands for the high smoothness, high comfort and high reliability, the paper undertakes the deep analysis of the strategies including the optimal design for partial components, the improvement of measurement devices, and the control over the pavement quality, in the manufacturing process of the turnout, so as to provide the guarantee for the high quality turnout manufacture.
