摘 要:在发电行业低碳减排技术分类的基础上,建立了发电行业低碳减排技术评估指标体系,然后进一步确定发电行业低碳减排技术评估方法,发电行业低碳减排技术评估结果表明:单以温室气体减排为目标,则从将来的低碳技术发展角度,我国发电行业节能减排的重点还是应该以能效提高技术类别为主,从综合性而言,具有明显的低碳优势;同时结合清洁能源发电技术,并以温室气体削减和利用技术为长远战略,可以形成我国发电行业低碳减排支撑新技术的整体结构。Based on the technology classification in the paper, assessment target system of low carbon emission reduction technology of power sec- tor has been established, then assessment method of low carbon emission reduction technology of power sector has been confirmed further. Assess- ment result about technology of low carbon emission reduction in power sector shows that energy efficiency improvement technology has the signifi- cant advantage of low carbon from the view of comprehensiveness and it can be the main low carbon technology in power sector in the future. In the meantime, combined with clean energy power technology, together with CCU & CCS technology as the long-term strategy, the above three technology categories can make the overall structure of new technology for supporting low carbon emission reduction in power sector.
