摘　　要：在中国当前的经济社会转型期,慈善组织的管理已经成为日益突出的焦点问题之一。本文主要对有关慈善组织管理的历史进程和核心议题的文献进行跨学科的梳理与整合,主要归纳为四个方面:一是募款难的具体表现与微观基础,二是公信力重构与组织能力建设,三是内部运营机制改善,四是与政府的关系。在对文献系统评述的基础上,认为国际化经验与本土化实践的有效融合、综合运用多学科知识主动研究慈善的基础理论是国内慈善组织研究当前面临的两大挑战。How to manage philanthropic organization is becoming an increasingly important issue during the transitional stage of China's economy and society.All the key topics of philanthropic organization management are reviewed and integrated from a inter-discipline perspective in this paper,which can be classified into the following aspects:the behavioral character and micro mechanism of the dilemma of raising fund,restriction of NGO prestige and organizational capacity, improvement of internal operational mechanism,and the relationship between NGO and government.As a kind of critical conclusion,how to effectively reconcile international experience and localization practice and to fuse multi-discipline knowledge to conduct an active study on the rationale theories of philanthropy are proposed as two sorts of challenges facing NGOs in China.
