摘  要:以江西吉水种源地的白花树种子为试材,研究了其在层积沙藏和低温干藏2种处理下,胚和胚乳内源激素动态变化。结果表明:2种处理的胚和胚乳IAA和ZR含量呈先升后降趋势,ABA和GA含量呈先降后升趋势,IAA/ABA、ZR/ABA分别与IAA、ZR的变化趋势一致。层积沙藏处理90 d时胚和胚乳ABA含量分别比未处理时下降了14.50%、11.32%,GA含量则上升了12.64%和15.33%,且GA/ABA值总体上呈现上升的趋势。试验表明,高浓度ABA是导致种子休眠的主要原因,GA是种子萌发的主要促进物质。The seed of Styrax tonkinensis from Jishui,JiangXi Province was used as the material,the dynamic changes of endogenous hormones in seed under the treatment of stratification and cold storage were studied.The results showed that:in the test,the contents of IAA and ZR increased first and then decreased.But the contents of ABA and GA decreased first and then increased.The changing trends of the IAA/ABA,ZR/ABA tended to be consistent with those of IAA,ZR separately.The the contents of ABA in the embryo and endosperm decreased by 14.50 % and 11.32 % separately under stratification for 90 d,but the contents of GA increased by 12.64% and 15.33%.The ratio of GA/ABA showed an ascending trend in general.The test proved that high-concentration ABA is the major cause of the seed dormancy,and GA is the main material to promote the seed germination.
