摘 要:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取虎舌红叶、茎、根3个不同部位挥发油,利用GC-MS对挥发性化学成分进行鉴定,并确定各组分百分含量。结果表明:从叶挥发油中共鉴定出29种化合物,占挥发油总含量的72.94%,其中含量>1%的化合物共11种,由高到低分别是:叶绿醇、3-己烯-1-醇、水杨酸甲酯、异龙脑、氧化喇叭烯、1-己醇、桉叶油素、匙叶桉油烯醇、6,10,14-三甲基-十五烷酮、9-十六碳烯、α-萜品醇。从茎挥发油中共鉴别出16种化合物,占挥发油总含量的86.16%,其中含量>1%的化合物共9种,由高到低分别是:叶绿醇、芳樟醇、1-己烯-3-醇、油酸酰胺、11,13-二甲基-12-十四烯酸乙酯和α-萜品醇、突厥烯酮、法尼烯和龙脑。从根挥发油中共鉴别出33种化合物,占挥发油总含量的84.68%,其中含量>1%的化合物共21种,由高到低分别是:芳樟醇、异龙脑、反式-橙花叔醇、β-萜品醇、糠醛、喇叭烯、油酸酰胺、2-十九烷酮、氧化石竹烯、匙叶桉油烯醇、3,7-二甲基-6-壬烯醇乙酯、壬醛、樟脑、乙酸龙脑酯、α-萜品醇、水杨酸甲酯、突厥烯酮、软脂酸乙酯、对伞花烃-8-醇、桉叶油素和香叶基香叶醇。本研究可为虎舌红植物的化学利用提供科学依据。The volatile oil from the leaf,stem and root of Ardisia mamillata was extracted by steam distillation method.The constituents and contents of the oil from different parts were analyzed by combined gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.The results showed that 29 components were identified from the leaf oil,and the content accounted for 72.94% of the total.And the 11 components whose the contents were above 1% were as follows:phytol,3-hexen-1-ol,methyl salicylateisoborneol,ledane oxide,1-hexanol,eucalyptol,spathulenol,6,10,14-trimethyl-2-pentadecanone,9-hexadecenal and α-terpineol.16components were identified from the stem oil,and their content accounted for 86.16% of the total.And the 9 components whose contents were above 1% were as follows:phytol,linalool,1-octen-3-ol,9-octadece-namide,11,13-dimethyl-12-tetradecen-1-ol acetate,α-terpineol and damascenone,farnesene and borneol.33 components were identified from the stem oil,and their content accounted for 844.68% of the total.And the 21 components whose contents were above 1% were as follows:linalool,isoborneol,trans-nerolidol,β-terpineol,furaldehyde,ledane,9-octadecenamide,2-nonadecanone,caryophyllene oxide,spathulenol,3,7-dimethyl-6-nonen-1-ol acetate,nonanal,camphor,bornyl acetate,α-terpineol,methyl salicylate,damascenone,hexadecanoic acid ethyl ester,4-trimethyl-benzenemethanol,eucalyptol and geranylgeraniol.This study provides a foundation for chemical utilization of Ardisia mamillata.
