摘  要:将9只体况良好,体质量相近(41.3±1.2)kg的成都麻羊半同胞羯羊,随机分成3组,饲以稻草基础日粮,分别补饲25%(MSL25)、50%(MSL50)和75%(MSL75)的苜蓿(MSL),采用单因子试验设计,研究稻草补饲苜蓿对山羊血液部分生化指标及氮代谢的影响。3组不同苜蓿补饲水平混合粗饲料的血糖(GLU)浓度(mmol/L)自高到低的排序为MSL75(3.32),MSL50(3.17),MSL25(3.02),其中MSL50与MSL75、MSL25的差异不显著(P>0.05),MSL75与MSL25的差异显著(P<0.05);血浆尿素氮(PUN)(mmol/L)为MSL75(6.38)>MSL50(5.27)>MSL25(5.17),其中MSL50与MSL25的差异不显著(P>0.05),其余组间差异显著(P<0.05);沉积氮(NR)(g/d)为MSL50(6.31)>MSL75(5.56)>MSL25(2.99),组间差异显著(P<0.05);沉积氮/可消化氮(NR/DN)(%)为MSL50(47.14)>MSL25(41.87)>MSL75(30.19),组间差异显著(P<0.05);氮的表观消化率即可消化氮/进食氮(DN/NI)(%)为MSL50(68.90)>MSL75(66.29)>MSL25(61.25),其中MSL50与MSL75的差异不显著(P>0.05),其余组间差异显著(P<0.05)。试验的结论为:(1)饲喂稻草基础日粮补饲本研究设计水平的苜蓿,山羊的血糖与血浆尿素均在正常范围内,未对肾功能造成损害;(2)稻草基础日粮补饲50%的苜蓿,可减少PUN,增加氮的沉积,提高氮的利用效率,表现出明显的组合效应。Nine healthy Chengdu Ma wether Goats with the same father,weighted (41.3 ± 1.2) kg,were divided into three groups randomly and fed with the rice straw (RS) supplemented with 25% (MSL25),50%(MSL50) and 75% (MSL75) alfalfa hay (Medicago sativa Linn,MSL) respectively for determinating some of parameters blood and nitrogen metabolism.The results showed that the glucose levels (GLU) (mmol/L) of the goats fed with 3 mixed forages ranked from the greatest to the least as follows:that of the goats fed with MSL75 (3.32) > that with MSL50 (3.17) > that with MSL25 (3.02),there was no significant difference (P > 0.05) between MSL50 and MSL75,MSL25 except for MSL25 and MSL75 (P < 0.05) ; the plasma urea nitrogen (PUN) (mmol/L) in the goats fed with MSL75 (6.38) > that with MSL50 (5.27) > that with MSL25 (5.17),there was significant difference (P < 0.05) between MSL75 and MSL50,MSL25 except for MSL25 and MSL50 (P > 0.05) ;the nitrogen retention (NR) (g/d) in the goats fed with MSL50 (6.31) > that with MSL75 (5.56) > that with MSL25 (2.99) (P < 0.05) ; the nitrogen retention/digestible nitrogen (NR/DN) (%) in the goats fed with MSL50 (47.14) >that with MSL25 (41.87) > that with MSL75 (30.19) (P <0.05) ;the nitrogen apparent digestibility (digestible nitrogen/Nitrogen intake,DN/NI) (%) in the goats fed with MSL50 (68.90) > that with MSL75 (66.29) > that with MSL25 (61.25),there was significant difference (P < 0.05) between MSL25 and MSL50,MSL75 except for MSL50 and MSL75 (P > 0.05).It is concluded that:a.GLU and PUN of goat fed with RS supplemented with varying levels of MSL were in the normal range,and this indicated that renal function was not damaged.b.The associative effects on NR and use efficiency of nitrogen improved,and PUN reduced in the goats fed with RS supplemented with 50% of MSL.
