摘 要:试验选取健康、体重约为63 kg的杜×长×大育肥猪32头,随机分为对照组和试验组,每组16头猪。用基础饲粮直接喂对照组猪,在基础饲粮中加胆碱(200 mg/kg)后,作为试验组饲粮,喂试验组猪,饲养试验期45 d。饲养试验结果表明:试验组猪平均日增重比对照组猪提高5.62%(P<0.05);试验组猪对饲料的转化率也比对照组高4.53%,但差异未达到显著的程度(P>0.05)。试验组猪血糖、血浆总蛋白、血浆尿素氮、血浆胆固醇含量和血浆GOT(谷草转氨酶)活性显著低于对照组猪(P<0.05);试验组血浆GPT(谷丙转氨酶)活性和血浆甘油三酯含量极显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。这些结果表明:给育肥猪补饲胆碱,可促进其生长,提高饲料转化率,增强生物膜稳定性,改善营养生化代谢。32 healthy,three-way crossbred(Duroc×Landrace×Yorkshire)finishing pigs weight-ing about 63 kg were selected and divided into 2 groups:the control and the experimental group,16 pigs in each group.The control group pigs were fed basal diet;the experimental group pigs were fed basal diet supplemented with 200 mg/kg choline. Feeding experimental period were 45 days. The feeding experimental results were as follows: Compared with the control group,ADG of the experimental group pigs increased by 5.62%(P〈0.05);FCR of the experi-mental group increased by 4.53%(P〉0.05);GLU,TP,UN and CHO concentrations and GOT activity in the experimental group pig plasma decreased significantly(P〈0.05);GPT activity and TG concentration in the experimental group pig plasma decreased highly significantly(P〈0.01).Based on the experimental results the conclusion was made:the supplementation of choline in finishing pig diet could promote the growth and feed utilization,increase bio-membrane stability,prove nutritionally biochemical metabolism.
