纳米改性羟基磷灰石的制备及对水中Cu^(2+)的吸附性能研究

摘  要:以乙醇胺为改性剂,硝酸钙和磷酸氢二铵为原料采用沉淀法制备纳米羟基磷灰石。考察了改性剂乙醇胺用量、搅拌时间、羟基磷灰石用量、pH等因素对Cu2+吸附的影响。实验结果表明,乙醇胺的加入有利于羟基磷灰石对Cu2+的吸附,最佳吸附条件为乙醇胺2.5%,羟基磷灰石6 g/L,pH为3,搅拌时间40 min,Cu2+去除率为98.3%,处理后的含Cu2+废水符合国家废水排放标准。Hydroxyapatite was prepared from Ca(NO3)2·4H2O and (NH4)2HPO4, ethanolamine as modifier by precipitation method. The factors effect on the removal ratio of Cu2+. such as the amount of ethanolamine, pH, the amount of hydroxyapatite and stirring time were inspected. Laboratory experiments show that ethanolamine promote the adsorbing ofhydroxyapatite on Cu2+ and the optimum conditions are amount of ethanolamine = 2.5 %, the amount of hydroxyapatite = 6 g/L, pH 3and stirring time = 40 min, respectively. The removal of Cu2+ approached to 98.3 %, the residual concentration of Cu2+ in water comes up to the standard of industrial drain water.
