摘　　要：针对铝型材丙烯酸阳极电泳涂料,探讨了漆液固体含量、电泳电压、电泳时间、漆液pH等电泳涂装因素对涂膜外观和厚度的影响,确定了电泳涂装的最佳工艺参数为：固体份5％～6％,电压120 V,电泳时间80～100s,电泳槽液pH控制7.6～8.1.In the paper, the influence of lacquer solid points, electrophoresis voltage, electrophoresis time, paint fluid pH value and cosolvent factors to electrophoretic were studied on the coating appearance and dlickness for the aluminum acrylic anodic electrophoretic coatings. The optimum technical parameters of this process： solid points 5 %-6 %, voltage 120 V, electrophoresis time 80-100 s, electrophoresis bath ptt control 7.6-8.1 have been determined.
