基于信息共享的我国中小型生产企业库存的优化管理研究

摘　　要：我国中小型生产企业库存管理水平还停留在纸介质的基础上,存在着管理水平落后、库存过量或者短缺、库存规划不科学等一系列问题,缺乏一套科学系统的管理模式。文章具体分析了我国中小型生产企业库存管理所面临的现实问题,提出了建立库存的管理信息系统来实现信息共享的优化库存管理的思想,从而为消除"牛鞭效应",实现我国中小型企业库存管理的现代化、信息化、高效化起到很好的理论参考价值。The management level of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises in our country inventory still stay on the paper quality, a series of questions such as the management level lags behind, the inventory is excess or short and the inventory planning is not scientific, and so on. A scientific management mode of the system is required. The reality of the problem of the inventory management in the small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises is concretely analyzed in this paper. It is the theoretical reference value that can be used to realize the modernization, informationization and efficiency of inventory management in the small and medium-sized enterprises and eliminate the ＂bullwhip effect＂.
