摘  要:对氮、磷、钾肥不同施用量下甘蓝型杂交油菜灌浆成熟过程中各品质性状变化的研究表明:随着成熟度的增加,芥酸、含油率、油酸、硬脂酸含量逐渐增加,硫苷、种子蛋白质、棕榈酸、亚油酸、亚麻酸、廿碳烯酸含量逐渐减少。芥酸、硫苷、含油率、油酸、硬脂酸与施氮量呈负相关,且含油率与施氮量的相关达极显著水平;种子蛋白质、棕榈酸、亚油酸、亚麻酸、廿碳烯酸与施氮量呈正相关,且种子蛋白质、亚麻酸与施氮量的相关分别达到极显著和显著水平;含油率、种子蛋白质、油酸与施磷量呈正相关,芥酸、硫苷、棕榈酸、硬脂酸、亚油酸、亚麻酸、廿碳烯酸与施磷量呈负相关,但均未达到显著水平;种子蛋白质、亚麻酸与施钾量呈负相关,芥酸、硫苷、含油率、油酸、棕榈酸、硬脂酸、亚油酸、廿碳烯酸与施钾量均呈正相关。The quality parameters of high-quality hybrid rapeseed during grouting-maturity stage were studied with different application of nitrogen,phosphorus,potassium,the results showed Erucic acid,Oil content,Oleic acid and Stearic acid increased gradually,while Glucosinolate,Seed protein,Palmitic acid,Linoleic acid,Linolenic acid,Eicosenoic acid reduced gradually.There were negative correlations between Erucic acid,Glucosinolate,Oil content,Oleic acid,Stearic acid and amount of applied nitrogen,but very significationt between Oil content and amount of applied nitrogen.There were positive correlations between Seed protein,Palmitic acid,Linoleic acid,Linolenic acid,Eicosenoic acid and amount of applied nitrogen,but very significationt and significationt respectively between Seed protein,Linolenic acid and amount of applied nitrogen.There were positive correlations between Seed protein,Oleic acid and amount of applied phosphorus,negative correlations between Erucic acid,Glucosinolate,Palmitic acid,Stearic acid,Linoleic acid,Linolenic acid,Eicosenoic acid and amount of applied phosphorus,all but didn' t reach significationt level.There were negative correlations between Seed protein,Linolenic acid and amount of applied potassium,positive correlations between Erucic acid,Glucosinolate,Oil content,Oleic acid,Palmitic acid,Stearic acid,Linoleic acid,Linolenic acid,Eicosenoic acid and amount of applied potassium.
