山楂叶总黄酮缓释胶囊稳定性研究

摘  要:采用HPLC法,测定缓释胶囊中金丝桃苷与牡荆素鼠李糖苷的含量,释放度试验采用UV-Vis法测定溶出介质中总黄酮的含量。结果表明:高温和高湿条件下,放置10 d后胶囊体外释放度无明显变化,但胶囊壳变软,微丸有结块现象,且金丝桃苷与牡荆素鼠李糖苷含量均有明显下降;强光照射条件下,胶囊外观及释放度均无明显变化,但金丝桃苷与牡荆素鼠李糖苷含量均有明显下降。因此,建议选用避光、防潮包装材料,置干燥阴凉处保存。The content of Hyperoside and Rhamnosylvitexin in the capsules was determined by HPLC method.The content of flavonoids in dissolving medium was detected by UV-Vis method in the release test.The results showed that there were no significant differences in the release characteristics of capsules in vitro under the condition of high temperature and high humidity after 10 days,but the capsule shells softened,pellets began to agglomerate and the content of Hyperoside and Rhamnosylvitexin decreased significantly.In the strong light test the appearance and the release characteristics of the capsules had no obvious change,but the content of Hyperoside and Rhamnosylvitexin decreased significantly.Consequently,the sustained-release capsules should be kept in moisture-proof,light-resistant packaging materials and stored in a dry and cool place.
