摘 要:根据国家现行的关于核电发展的方针政策,以三代核电技术机组为例,结合吉林省一次能源赋存情况及电网发展情况,从一次能源供应、电源结构、节能减排及核电安全性等多方面,对吉林电网建设核电站进行前瞻性分析。分析结果表明,受吉林省一次能源匮乏,电源结构单一,环保压力大等多方面因素影响,合理有序地发展核电站是适宜的。同时,受现有电源结构制约,为缓解电网调峰压力,核电站应考虑参与系统调峰。Based on the current guidelines and policies on the development of nuclear power in our country and with the consideration of the third generation of nuclear technology, primary energy supplying and grid development situation, prospect analysis on nuclear power station construction for Jilin power grid has been carried out in the aspects of primary energy supplying, power source structure, energy conservation and emission reduction, safety of nuelear power station etc. The results show that it is reasonable to construct nuclear power station due to lack of energy, simple power sources structure and high pressure on environment protection. It has also been pointed out that nuclear power station need to take an active part in system peak regulation to relief the existing peak regulation pressure.
