摘  要:针对风电等间歇性电源大规模并网后,系统在满足安全性和可靠性的前提下自动发电控制(AGC)系统调节速率和调节精度的协调性问题,将基于分布式模型预测控制算法(DMPC)引入AGC系统,初步研究和IEEE 43测试系统仿真表明,该算法提高了AGC系统调节速度和调节精度之间的协调性,可有效平抑大规模风电接入带来的系统频率波动和联络线功率偏移,为改善AGC系统性能提供了新的思路。In order to improve the coordination between the regulation speed and accuracy of AGC system under the preconditions of meeting the safety and reliability requirements, DMPC algorithm has been induced into AGC system after the integration of wind power and other interval power sources into the power grid in large scales. Primary research and IEEE43 testing system simulation show this algorithm has improved the coordination between AGC system regulation speed and accuracy. The improved AGC system could effectively smooth the system frequency fluctuations and tie line power offset caused by wind power integration. It is a new idea to modify the AGC system properties.
