摘  要:文章分析某氧化铝厂蒸发工序所存在问题,采取了降低蒸发器五、六效汽室压力,改变排盐方式,提高原液温度、新蒸汽冷凝水二次汽利用率,创新蒸发器进料方式,制定蒸发器清洗制度等几项有效措施,达到了提产降耗的目的。The paper analyzed the problems existing in the evaporation process of a alumina plant. By taking several effective measures, for example, reducing the pressure of both the fifth and sixth evaporate steam chamber, changing the methods of salt drainage, improving the temperature of original liquid and the secondary utilization of new steam condensate, innovating the method of evaporator feeding, developing evaporator cleaning system and so on. Finally we achieve the goal of increasing production and reducing power consumption.
