摘  要:采用Euler-Lagrangian方法描述固体火箭发动机三维两相流动,数值分析了某大型发动机中喷管斜置对熔渣沉积的影响。计算结果表明,喷管斜置会减轻燃烧室后封头反向区域的气相回流,减少后封头反向壁面的小颗粒沉积量,与之对应的,会增加后封头同侧壁面的小颗粒沉积量。与直喷管发动机相比,喷管斜置会引起大量的凝相颗粒在喷管收敛段壁面沉积,颗粒速度分布离散度更大,高速凝相颗粒撞击壁面显然会在一定程度上加剧喷管收敛段绝热层冲刷烧蚀情况。Based on the Euler-Lagrangian approach adopted to simulate 3-D two-phase internal flow in a solid rocket motor (SRM),a numerical analysis was carried out to investigate the effects of sloped nozzle on slag accumulation in a large scale SRM.The results show that sloped nozzle reduces backflow of gas-phase near the reverse side of the aft dome wall of the chamber,which causes a decrease of small particles accumulation mass on the reverse wall,correspondingly,an increase of that on the other side of the aft dome wall.Compared with straight nozzle,more condensed particles are accumulated on the wall of convergent section of the sloped nozzle,the distribution of particles velocity are more divergent,high-speed condensed particles impacting on the wall obviously aggravate insulation erosion of nozzle convergent section in a certain extent.
