我国高校学术管理中教师主体地位缺失探究

摘　　要：大学教师参与学术管理是指由教师参与提出、制定、表决学校学术事务和政策的行动,以满足大学教师对学术活动的合理需要,实现教师主体参与管理的一种管理模式。大学行政权力的泛化导致大学教师参与学术管理的程度和有效性逐步降低。本文在探讨高校教师参与学术管理中主体地位缺失的原因,借鉴美国高校学术管理的成功模式的基础上提出应该建立以分权为核心的参与学术管理的模式,提升大学教师参与学术管理的意识和能力,同时转变学术管理机构的职能,使之成为独立于行政部门的学术决策机构,切实保障大学教师参与学术管理的权利。Professors＇ participation in academic management is a kind of administration mode to realize promssors＂ govern- ance of the university, by way of involvement in the academic activities. The overgeneralization of bureaucracy leads to a decrease in the effectiveness of professors＇ participation in academic management. This article attempts to discuss the reasons for causing deficiency in professors＇ role. The success of academic management in American universities serves as ways of decentralizing management to create a better management mode. This may raise professors＇ awareness and strengthen their ability to participate in the academic management. Also, it is necessary that the academic management division change its function, so that it can become independent and guarantee the professors＇ academic management rights.
