摘 要:为研究不同草谷比的水稻对多滚筒联合收获机脱粒分离装置的功耗、脱粒损失率及杂余含量的影响,在多滚筒脱粒分离装置试验台上采用切轴流滚筒与双横轴流滚筒组合式3滚筒脱粒分离装置(简称切轴轴3滚筒脱粒分离装置),在相同结构参数和工作参数下对喂入不同草谷比的水稻(即不同茎秆长度的水稻)进行脱粒分离性能对比试验。试验结果表明:喂入茎秆长度越短的水稻(即草谷比越小),脱粒滚筒功耗和脱出物杂余含量越低,但脱粒损失率越高,在保证脱粒损失率≤0.6%并尽可能降低多滚筒脱粒分离装置功耗和杂余含量的情况下选取最佳喂入水稻长度为675 mm,当喂入量为4.5 kg/s且喂入水稻长度为675 mm时,切轴轴3滚筒脱粒分离装置的总功耗为22.47 kW,脱粒损失率为0.587%,脱出物杂余含量为6.92%。In order to study the effects of different ratio of straw to rice on the power of threshing cylinder, the loss rate of threshing and the MOG contents, comparative test was carried out on the multi-cylinder threshing and separating device test bed, which employed tangential-horizontal-horizontal axial flow (three cylinders: the first a tangential flow cylinder and the second and third horizontal axial flow cylinders) with the rice of different ratio of straw to rice by the same structural parameters and operating parameters. The results indicated that the power of threshing cylinder and the MOG contents decreased with the rice of short feeding straw, but loss rate of threshing increased. Ensure loss rate of threshing (~〈0.6%) and minimize power consumption and MOG of threshed mixtures of multi- drum threshing and separating device, the best feed straw length was 675mm. When the feed rate was 4.5kg/s and feed straw length was 675mm, the total power consumption of the tangential- horizontal-horizontal axial flow device was 22.47kW, loss rate of threshing was 0.587%, and MOG content was 6.92%.
