摘　　要：利用原有闽西南黑兔保种基础群,采用家系内个体综合指数、继代繁育选留法,选育闽西南黑兔核心群,结果表明,公兔、母兔13周龄体重第3世代比第1世代分别提高1o.8％,10.4％,公兔13周龄体长、胸围、耳长、耳宽第3世代比第1世代提高3.0％～6.5％,差异均极显著（P＜0.01）,母兔13周龄胸围第3世代比第1世代提高3.6％,差异极显著（P＜0.01）;第3世代公、母兔13周龄体长、胸围、耳长和耳宽的变异系数小于7.8％,体型外貌整齐一致.闽西南黑兔每个世代的繁殖性能和各世代公、母兔4、10、13周龄性别间体重差异均不显著（P＞0.05）.The nucleus herd of Minxinan Black Rabbit was selected from its indigenous breeds according to the individual composite index in the animal＇s family population.The results showed that the body weights of male and female rabbits at the age of 13-week in the 3rd generation were 10.8% and 10.4% higher than those in the 1st generation （P〈0.01）,respectively.The body length,chest girth,ear length and ear width of male rabbits at the age of 13-week in the 3rd generation were 3.0% to 6.5% greater than those in the 1st generation（P〈0.01）,so 3.6% was the chest girth of female rabbits at the age of 13-week in the 3rd generation（P〈0.01）.The coefficients of variation of body length,chest girth,ear length and ear width at the age of 13-week in the 3rd generation were under 7.8%.The body size and appearance in the 3rd generation are uniformity.The reproduction performance and the differences of the body weight between males and females at the ages of week 4,week 10 and 13-week in each generation were not significant（P〉0.05）.
