摘　　要：从生产实际应用出发,以实例的方式提出对横管连续蒸煮系统中主体设备的结构改进,提高其功能,解决目前传统生产装置中存在的缺陷,同时通过结构的改进,降低生产成本,减少操作工人劳动强度,提高经济效益。From the practice, the key equipment in horizontal continuous cooking system was improved in actual example way to solve present defect. Meanwhile, the cost and labor intensity were reduced to raise economic profit through the improvement in structure.
