摘　　要：阐述了长网纸机生产文化用纸成纸黑斑(亮斑)问题对印刷过程的影响、纸机设备和抄造工艺对黑斑形成过程的影响,并且提出了问题的解决措施。最终通过对生产系统的调整,包括网部脱水曲线、流浆箱着网点、稳浆箱改造、打浆工艺的优化以及洗涤系统的调整,使纸机系统的抄造性能更加稳定,黑斑问题也得到了根本解决。The paper expounds the influence of black mottle （bright patch） in fourdrinier paper machine on printing, the influence of equipment and papermaking process on the formation of black mottle. Finally, the adjustment to the production system and process control, including dewatering curves, .jet net point, the steady box, the proportations of pulp, beating process and washing system, made the paper machine system more stable, and the problem was solved essentially.
