4种黑麦草品种花期介电特性与光合蒸腾间的关系

摘  要:为探索利用介电特性筛选黑麦草高光合种质,测定了4个黑麦草(Lolium perenne L.)品种花期光合及电化学指标,研究黑麦草电化学特性与光合特性间的关系。结果表明:钻石叶片净光合速率显著高于卓越(24.7%),比百盛和多福分别高出1.4%及7.9%,蒸腾速率则显著低于其他3个品种(P<0.05),品种钻石为高光合低蒸腾黑麦草品种;复阻抗(6.31 kHz)、串联等效阻抗(3.98 kHz)、并联等效阻国(3.98 kHz)和并联等效电感(631 Hz)是筛选高光合低蒸腾黑麦草特征的电特指标;基于介电特性的黑麦草光合蒸腾回归模型为:Y_(P_n)=8.440+2.259X_D-0.104X_(Lp)-0.036X_θ+0.0002X_(Rs)(r=0.924,P<0.01);Y_(T_r)=6.234-0.00004X_(Rs)(r=0.622,P<0.05)。试验初步表明,4种黑麦草的光合蒸腾分别与电特指标具有很好的拟合性,可用介电特性进行黑麦草高光合种质的筛选。To explore the application of dielectric properties in screening the high photosynthetic ryegrass (Lolium perenne L. ) varieties, the photosynthesis and dielectric properties of four ryegrass varieties at florescence were measured. Results showed that the net photosynthetic rate (Pn) of Eminent variety was significantly lower than that of other tested varieties (P〈0.05). The transpiration rates (Tr) of four ryegrass varieties were significantly different and were ranked as Tove〉Bison〉Eminent:〉Diamond (P% 0.05). Impedance (6.31 kHz), effective resistance in series equivalent circuit mode (3.98 kHz), effective resistance in parallel equivalent circuit mode (3.98 kHz) and inductance in parallel equivalent circuit mode (631 Hz) were used to screen the ryegrass varieties of high photosynthetic and low transpiration. The model of screening ryegrass photosynthetic characteristics based on electrochemical factors was: YPn = 8. 440+2. 259XD-0. 104XLp-0. 036Xθ+0. 0002XR, (r=0. 924,P〈0.01);YLr=6. 234-0. 00004XRs (r= 0. 622,P〈0.05). Preliminary test showed that these electrochemical indicators were suitable for screening high photosynthetic varieties in ryegrass breeding.
