摘 要:紫花苜蓿(Medicago sativa L.)在高温下生长缓慢、甚至会枯萎死亡,严重影响其产量和品质,是限制其推广利用的一个重要环境因素。通过研究不同紫花苜蓿品种在夏季高温胁迫下部分生理生化指标的变化特征,测定了高温期以及高温期过后各品种叶片中丙二醛(MDA)含量和过氧化物酶(POD)、超氧化物酶(SOD)的活性。结果表明:在夏季高温胁迫下,不同紫花苜蓿品种与正常生长状态下的相比,MDA含量均显著增加(P<0.05),POD活性极显著增加(P<0.01),SOD活性呈先上升后下降的趋势。高温期过后,各品种的MDA含量、POD和SOD的活性都较高温期前升高。综合评价不同品种紫花苜蓿的耐热性强弱,发现维多利亚表现最好,耐热性最强;其次为赛迪;其他品种的耐热性相对较弱。High temperature is one of the important adverse environmental factors that limits alfalfa (Medi- cago sativa L. ) extension and utilization and seriously affects production and quality. The physiological and biochemical indices of tested alfalfa varieties caused by high temperature stress were investigated in this study. The MDA contents, POD and SOD activities of alfalfa leaves during and after high temperature stress were detected. Results were that MDA content (P〈0.05) and POD activity (P〈0.01) significant increased under high temperature stress compared with control, while SOD activity first increased then de- creased. The MDA content, POD and SOD activities of tested alfalfa varieties after high temperature peri- od were higher than that before high temperature period. Integrated analysis showed Victoria variety was of the best heat resistance compared to other tested alfalfa varieties, and followed by Sidel variety.
