摘  要:隔离型Cuk变换器具有输入、输出电流平滑,输出电压范围宽,能量传递效率高,满足输入、输出电气隔离需求等特点,适合于构建性能优良的单级AC/DC整流器。但由于隔离型Cuk拓扑的复杂性,使得采用常规控制方法难以获得满意的功率因数校正(PFC)和输入电流谐波抑制效果。这里采用新型占空比数字控制策略,提出一种基于隔离型Cuk变换器的新型PFC数字控制算法,并从实用化角度对占空比算法进行简化和改进。改进后的占空比算法由电流项和电压项组成,计算量小。通过仿真验证了算法的合理性,搭建的实验平台实现了宽输入电压和输出功率工作条件下接近单位功率因数和输入电流总谐波畸变率(THD)低于5%的控制效果。Isolated Cuk converter can be used to construct a single-stage isolated AC/DC rectifier that presents following features:smooth voltage and current at input and output terminals ,wide range of output voltage, high efficiency and meeting the requirement of galvanic isolation.But for the complexity of the isolated Cuk topology, it's hard to get satis- factory power factor correetion(PFC) and low THD by conventional methods.Adopting the principle of duty cycle con- trol strategy,a novel cycle duty control algorithm for isolated Cuk converter is proposed.Simplification and improvem- ent are performed for practical application.The improved determination algorithm includes current term and voltage term which can be calculated in parallel in digital implementation with small computation cost.Simulation is performed to ver- ify the algorithm.Experimental platform is implemented and the unity power factor and THD lower than 5% are achieved.
