摘　　要：目的掌握江西口岸出境劳务人员艾滋病预防知识知晓情况,以便寻求有针对性的健康教育模式。方法在江西口岸体检人群中随机选择598名自愿参加并能阅读理解调查内容的出境劳务人员进行问卷调查。结果江西口岸出境劳务人员艾滋病预防知识知晓率为68.39%。女性与男性、未婚与已婚、不同年龄段及不同文化程度之间艾滋病预防知识知晓率比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。选择艾滋病预防知识的宣教途径以电视或影碟为主。结论出境劳务人员艾滋病预防知识知晓率相对较低,急需加强健康教育和行为干预。Objective To understand the HIV/AIDS prevention knowledge among outbound workers in Jiangxi province, and to seek the targeted health education model. Methods A total of 598 outbound workers who can understand the investigation content were voluntarily surveyed using questionnaires in the port of Jiangxi province.Results The awareness rate of HIV/AIDS prevention knowledge was 68.39% among outbound workers in Jiangxi province. There were significantly differences in the awareness rate between women and men, as well as between unmarried and married adults, among different ages and among different educational levels （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）. TV or DVD was the main approach to propaganda and education of HIV/AIDS prevention knowledge. Conclusion The awareness rate of HIV/AIDS prevention knowledge among outbound workers is lower. Therefore, health education and behavior intervention should be strengthened for improving the awareness rate of HIV/AIDS prevention knowledge among outbound workers.
