摘  要:为了快速、准确地检测出砂轮不平衡量,利用最小二乘法将所采集的砂轮不平衡量引起的振动信号拟合成理想的简谐振动响应信号,借助基准脉冲信号求取砂轮不平衡量的大小与相位。试验结果表明:该方法具有计算速度快、精度高、能进一步减小噪声引入的误差等优点。In order to detect the unbalance of grinding wheel quickly and accurately, a kind of method is put forward that the least square method is used to fit the vibration signal produced by the unbalance of grinding wheel into harmonic vibration response signal, then, the amplitude and the phase of the unbalance of grinding wheel are calculated with the aid of reference pulse signal. The experimental results show that the method has the advantages of fast calculation speed, high accuracy, and can further reduce the error introduced by the noise.
